Formosa SHAN LIN XI MI XIAN (CHIN XIN) Superior Black Tea 50g
An excellent, first-class Taiwanese high-mountain black tea with an exceptional flavor from the Lin Xi (Shan Lin Xi) mountain range.
Loosely twisted, whole leaves of the highest quality with a sweet floral aroma.
The infusion is excellent, relatively full-bodied, distinctly aromatic, floral and fruity, with a darker flavor similar to Oriental Beauty oolong.
The tea comes in its original 50g packaging.
Preparation tip 1: Pour 7-9 grams of tea into a tea filter, pour 0.6 liters of boiling water over it, and steep for 2-5 minutes, depending on your taste. Or, for two infusions, pour 0.6 liters of boiling water over it, steep for about 2-3 minutes depending on your taste, and then steep the second infusion for 4-5 minutes.
Preparation tip 2: Pour 6-8 grams of tea into a warm teapot, pour 0.3 liters of water at a temperature of 85°C (you can try cooler or warmer), steep for 2-4 minutes, according to taste, can be poured again.
Preparation tip 3: This tea can also be prepared using the gong fu method.
