An excellent grade of semi-green Dan Cong tea from the Wudong area of Fenghuang Shan (Phoenix Mt.), named with the unusual name "duck droppings aroma." The name was allegedly chosen by local farmers who were very fond of the tea and named it to discourage potential buyers. In 2014, the official name was changed to "Yin Hua" Dan Cong (loosely translated as "scent of silver flowers").

Whole, medium-length, only loosely twisted, mostly dark leaves with light brown tips, slightly sweet spicy aroma.

The infusion is excellent, full-bodied, darker, slightly citrus sweet taste with darker nutty tones and a long finish.

Preparation tip: pour 6-8 grams of tea into a warm teapot, pour 0.3 liters of water at a temperature of 80°C or hotter, steep for about 2 minutes, can be re-steeped. This tea is particularly suitable for gong fu preparation.
