China Zhejiang XI HU (WEST LAKE) LUNG CHING Special Green Tea (CZ-BIO-002)
Vynikající, ručně sklízená třída slavného, ne-li nejslavnějšího čínského zeleného čaje Lung Ching (Dračí studna), uvedeného na seznamu "50 Slavných Čajů Číny"(Všechny Čaje Číny, str. 201), z rané jarní sklizně v oblasti jezera Qiandao ("jezero tisíce ostrovů"), ležící západně od města Hangzhou v provincii Zhejiang.
Vyrobena z oblíbenéhoho kultivaru (L. Ching 43) pěstovaného v nadmořské výšce 600-800m. List sladké vůně, prvotřídní kvality zpracovaný do typického plochého tvaru.
Žlutavě zelenkavý nálev vynikající, plné a bohaté, komplexní, vyvážené a zcela charakteristické, květově zelinkavé, mírně ovocně nasládlé chuti s typicky ořechovými a kaštanovými tóny a příjemnou stopou pečenosti, výtečným aftertastem. Jedinečný čaj zcela svébytné a typické chuti.
Tip na přípravu: do vyhřáté konvice vsypat 6 - 7 gramů čaje, přelít 0,3l vody o teplotě 75 - 80°C, louhovat 2 - 2,5 minuty, možno znovu zalít. |
