A very good representative of Tie guan Yin tea from the Anxi region.

A slightly fermented leaf rolled to an uneven to spherical shape. Infusion of a pleasantly brisk, slightly floral taste of a distinctively greenish character.

Preparation tip: warm the teapot, add 6 – 8 g of tea, pour 0.3 l of water 80°C warm or warmer, steep about 2 min. Another steep is possible.
