Formosa Winter Special SHAN LIN XI Oolong 30g
First-class Taiwanese high mountain (Gao Shan) semi-green tea from the Shi Bi area in Yunlin County, from the late winter harvest, grown at an altitude of 1200-1400m, with an increased content of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA, 4-aminobutyric acid) thanks to a special production process without the presence of air.
Strongly fermented leaves rolled into larger, relatively regular balls, with a slightly balsamic aroma.
The infusion is slightly darker, full-bodied, balanced, very fresh, slightly tart, with a nutty, spicy flavor and a long finish.
The tea comes in its original 50g packaging.
Preparation tip: pour 6-8 grams of tea into a warm teapot, pour 0.3 liters of water at a temperature of 85°C or hotter, steep for 1-2.5 minutes, can be re-steeped. This tea is also very suitable for gong fu preparation.
NOTICE: The free sample weights 5g. |
