Excellent darjeeling spring crop (first flush), first class quality. The exclusive fifth lot (DJ05) produced this year.
Medium-long, lightly fermented, whole, needle-like leaf with a proportion of tips, sweet herbal aroma.
The infusion is excellent, full-bodied, fresh, balanced, pleasantly floral, slightly astringent taste with a tipsy spicy aftertaste.
Preparation tip: warm up the teapot, add tea filter with 7 – 9gr of tea, pour 0.6l of boiling water, let it steep for about 4 min, to your taste. |
