Formosa Miao Li MI XIAN CHIN XIN Superior Oolong 50g
An excellent variant of Taiwanese spring harvest oolong from Chin Xin cultivar, grown in Miao Li region, famous for producing dark Bai Hao - Oriental Beauty type oolongs.
Strongly fermented top quality leaf rolled into fairly regular balls, intense sweet fruity aroma of currant jam.
The infusion has an excellent, full, darker, distinctly fruity flavour with sweet floral notes and a long aftertaste.
The tea is repacked from the original package of 50g.
Preparation tip: fill a warmed teapot with 6 – 8g of tea, pour 0.3l of water 85°C warm (you can try warmer or colder water), steep for 60 – 150 sec, the second steep is possible. This tea is also very convenient for the gong fu style of preparation. |
