Kvalitní čínský zelený čaj.
Celistvý, středně dlouhý, pevně svinutý, volně zkroucený list s menším podílem tipsů, lehce bylinné, nasládlé vůně.
Nálev dobré, poměrně vyvážené, mírně tmavší, trávově bylinné, příjemně tipsové, mírně natrpklé chuti.
Tip na přípravu: do vyhřáté konvice vsypat 6 - 8 gramů čaje, přelít 0,3l vody o teplotě 80°C, louhovat cca 2,5 minuty, možno znovu zalít. |
