Brasil Mate RANCHO (green)
Sprouts of Yerba mate – Ilex paraguensis. Very uplifting infusion of a pleasantly astringent taste and a notable smoky aroma.
Traditionally drunk from a scooped calabash with a metal straw ended with a sieve (bombilla).
Preparation tip: Pour boiling water on a larger amount of leaves (one volume of leaves to two volumes of water), drink continuously.
