Mate PAMPERO (roasted)
Roasted sprouts of Yerba mate – Ilex paraguensis. Infusion of a strong, bread-like baked, sweetish, roasted taste of slightly smoky character and particularly strong uplifting effect.
Preparation tip: pour boiling water on a larger amount of leaves (one volume of leaves to two volumes of water), steep about 5 minutes to your taste.
Traditional drink of Paraguay Indians. Sprouts of Yerba mate – Ilex paraguensis. Very uplifting infusion of a pleasantly astringent taste and a notable smoky aroma.
