Japan Shizuoka Kikugawa KURASAWA FUKAMUSHICHA (Saemidori)(CZ-BIO-002)

A top-quality traditional Japanese green tea from the Kikugawa area. A more strongly steamed variant called Fukamushi, in which the leaves are steamed with hot steam for about 120 seconds (usually about 45 seconds). This gives the leaves a glossier appearance and makes them roll more tightly into thin needles.

High-quality dark green leaves with a higher proportion of broken leaves due to the processing method, sweet aroma.

The infusion is very delicious, full and smooth, balanced, slightly pleasantly oily, with a fresh grassy-green, harmonious taste.

Preparation tip: pour 6-8 grams of tea into a warm teapot, pour 0.3 liters of water at a temperature of 70-80°C, steep for about 120 seconds, can be re-steeped.
