Formosa Winter Special Nantou SHAN LIN XI HONG Imperial Oolong 50g
An excellent grade of dark Taiwanese high mountain oolong, with a character bordering on black tea, from the late winter harvest, from the Chin Xin cultivar, grown in the Lin Si (Lin Xi) mountains.
A more strongly fermented, high-quality leaf, tightly rolled into small balls, with a slightly creamy aroma.
The infusion is excellent, full-bodied, fresh, with a pleasantly bittersweet taste, a slightly floral aroma, and a spicy aftertaste.
The tea comes in its original 50g pckaging.
Preparation tip: pour 6-8 grams of tea into a warm teapot, pour 0.3 liters of water at a temperature of 85°C (you can try cooler or warmer), steep for 60-150 seconds, can be re-steeped. This tea is also very suitable for gong fu preparation.
