A selected quality grade of polupar green tea. Leaf-stalks gathered during the sorting of whole leaves for Sencha and Gyokuro teas with a notable proportion of the green leaves.

Light green colored soup, very similar (but more subtle and more complex) taste and character as Bancha tea.

Preparation tip: Warm the teapot, put about 9 grams of into tea filter, pour with 0, 6 l of boiling or lightly cooled water, brew for 90-120 seconds.
