China Fujian Jasmin BAI HAO YIN ZHEN (SILVER NEEDLE) White Tea (organic/bio)
Highest, pure tippy, grade of famous white tea - Bai Hao Yin Zhen (Flowery White Pekoe, Silver Needle) from Zhenghe area. Produced from the local Da Bai cultivar scented with jasmine flowers. The scenting is repeated two times and the jasmine flowers are then sorted out.
A highest quality leaf, long tender, downy tips. Infusion of a delicious, full, very refreshing, sweet taste of white tippy tea along pleasant jasmine fragrance.
Preparation tip: warm the teapot, add a tea filter with 7 g of tea, pour 0.3 l of water 85°C warm, steep about 2 - 3 min. Another steep is possible. |
