Japan Shizuoka Tenryu SENCHA (Yabukita)

Basic but surprisingly good grade of Japanese green tea. A glossy tiny leaf with some ratio of broken leaves, which is typical for more intensively steamed teas. Light green infusion of a slightly floral- sweet, mildly astringent, markedly grassy, brisk, harmonious taste with an ocean and forest aroma, typical for Japanese green teas.

Preparation tip: warm the teapot, add a tea filter with 9 g, pour 0.6 l of boiling or slightly cooled water, steep for 60 – 120 sec.
