Lightly fermented, long, whole, loosely needle rolled leaf with a high proportion of tips.
The infusion is excellent, fresh, relatively full-bodied, balanced, floral, spicy, slightly sweet, pleasantly just slightly astringent.
Preparation tip: 7 - 9 grams of tea pour into a tea filter, pour 0.6l of boiling water, infuse for about 3-5 minutes, according to taste. |
