Formosa Ming Qian SAN XIA PI LO CHUN Imperial Green Tea 50g
A premium grade of Taiwanese green tea from the first spring harvest before the Qing ming jie (Festival of Purity and Brightness). From the San Xia region, famous for its green tea production, especially the Taiwanese variants of Lung Ching and Pi Lo Chun.
Long, neat, only loosely curled green leaf, strong sweet aroma.
Infusion of exceptional and excellent, well-balanced, unusually full-bodied for a green tea, herbaceous flavour with spicy notes without a pronounced tendency to astringency.
Tea is in original packaging 50g.
Preparation tip: pour 6 - 8 grams of tea into a heated kettle, pour 0.3l of water at a temperature of about 85°C, infuse for 1 - 2 minutes, according to taste, can be refilled.
