China Yunnan Ming Qian JING MAI SHAN GU SHU (MOUNTAIN OLD TREE) Superior Black Tea
Excellent quality black tea from the first spring harvest before the Qing ming jie (Festival of Purity and Brightness). Made from wild-grown, ancient tea trees from the area of one of the famous Jing Mai peaks.
The long whole leaf, tightly rolled into the shape of thin neat needles, has a sweet, winding fragrance.
Dark red infusion of excellent, balanced, full-bodied, honeyed, herbal, sweet flavour with dark notes of dark chocolate.
Preparation tip: pour 7 - 9 grams of tea into a tea filter, pour 0.6l of boiling water, infuse for about 3 - 5 minutes, according to taste. |
