Basic quality grade of this traditional Japanese green tea. A bigger, not quite evenly rolled, dark green leaf of good middle quality. Light green infusion of a slightly floral sweetish, mildly astringent, strongly grassy, very brisk taste.

Preparation tip: warm the teapot, add a tea filter with 9 g, pour 0.6 l of boiling or slightly cooled water, steep for 60 – 120 sec.
