Japan Kagoshima Tarumizu SENCHA GABALONG NUTTY (Yabukita)
Velmi kvalitní třída tradičního japonského zeleného čaje Sencha z oblasti Tarumizu v prefektuře Kagoshima, z kultivaru Yabukita, se zvýšeným obsahem gama-aminomáselné kyseliny (GABA, 4-aminobutanová kyselina) díky zvláštnímu výrobnímu postupu bez přítomnosti vzduchu.
Delší tmavě zelený, do lesklých jehliček pevně svinutý, nevytříděný list s patrným podílem řapíků, lehce nasládlé vůně.
Nálev výtečné, plné, svěží, vyvážené, poměrně hladké, nasládle navinulé chuti s mírně tmavšími, ořechovými tóny.
Tip na přípravu: do vyhřáté konvice vsypat 6 - 8 gramů čaje, přelít 0,3l vody o teplotě 70 - 80°C, louhovat cca 120 sekund, možno znovu zalít. |
