China Zhejiang Mei Jia Wu XI HU (WEST LAKE) LUNG CHING Imperial Green Tea
Excellent grade of famous Lung Ching tea from the spring crop in the Mei Jia Wu village area near Xi Hu in the Zhejiang Province, harvested manually.
The tea is produced from the Lung ching community varietal grown in the Mei Jia Wu village area
Shorter, sorted leaf of a sweet fragrance and the first quality grade, made in typical flat shape.
Yellow-green infusion of an outstanding, excellent, full and rich, typical, floral-greenish, sweet taste with mild astringent tones of a baked chesnut aftertaste.
Preparation tip: warm the teapot, add a tea filter with 6 – 7 g of tea, pour 0.3 l water 75 - 80°C warm, steep for 2 – 2.5 min. Another steep is possible.
