China Fujian Fuding Ming Qian BAI HAO YIN ZHEN (SILVER NEEDLE) White Tea Imperial Grade
Excellent and rare grade of famous white tea from Fuding area. Traditionally pure tippy tea - Bai Hao Yin Zhen (Flowery White Pekoe, Silver Needle) from the early spring crop before the Qing Ming Jie Festival (also known as the Pure Brightness Festival or the Tomb-sweeping Day).
A highest quality leaf, only long, soft and tender, downy tips covered with silver hair, felty on touch, of a sweet fruity fragrance.
Infusion of absolutely delicious, mellow, full and balnced, freshly herbal, fruity swet taste of ripened pears, without astringency, with light aroma of tropic fruits.
Preparation tip: warm the teapot, add a tea filter with 7 g of tea, pour 0.3 l of water 85°C warm, steep about 2 - 3 min. Another steep is possible.
