China Guangdong MI LAN DAN CONG Imperial Grade Oolong (CZ-BIO-004)
Top grade of semi-fermented famous Dan Cong tea from Wudong area in Fenghuang Shan (Phoenix Mt.), named after the honey fragrance Mi Lan (Honey fragrance, also Honey Dan Cong).
First-class, full, long, only loosely twisted, needle-like dark leaf with sometimes lighter red edges, strong honey-fruity fragrance.
The infusion is captivating, full-bodied and rich, perfectly balanced, delicious and fresh, fruity-sweet flavours with complex peach or apricot notes, with a typical pleasantly astringent floral aromatic aftertaste. This is a tea of exceptional quality.
Preparation tip: pour 6 - 8 grams of tea into a heated kettle, pour 0.3l of water at 80°C or warmer, infuse for about 2 minutes, can be refilled. This tea is particularly suitable for the preparation of gong fu.
NOTE: free sample weight – 5 g. |
