Formosa Taichung LI SHAN CHIN XIN Gao Shan Superior Oolong
Výtečný tchajwanský vysokohorský oolong zeleného typu z jarní sklizně. Pěstovaný v oblasti vrcholu Li Shan v nadmořské výšce 1500m.
Lehce fermentovaný list svinutý do větších, relativně pravidelných kuliček, nasládlé, lehce balzamické vůně.
Nálev výtečné, dosti plné, vyvážené, květové, jemně zelinkavé, lehce krémové chuti s výborným dozvukem.
Tip na přípravu: do vyhřáté konvice vsypat 6 - 8 gramů čaje, přelít 0,3l vody o teplotě 85°C či teplejší, louhovat 1 - 2,5 minuty, možno znovu přelít. Tento čaj je také velmi vhodný pro přípravu způsobem gong fu.
