Formosa Spring Special LONG FENG XIA Oolong 30g

The top quality spring crop of Taiwan high-mountain Oolong. The tea grows at an altitude of 1800 – 2000m in the Long Feng valley in the Shan Lin Xi mountains.

Oolong of the green type and the toppest quality. The tips are harvested with two little leaves. Then is the lightly fermented leaf rolled into relatively shapely pellets of a sweetish floral aroma.

An infusion of a delicious, full, complex and complete, sweetish and greenish, delicately spicy taste with an excellent aftertaste.

The tea is sold in the original 30g package.

Preparation tip: fill a heated teapot with 6 – 8g of tea, pour 0.3l of water 80°C warm or warmer, let it steep for 2 – 3 min, the second steep is possible. This tea is also very convenient for the gong fu way of preparation.
