China Jiangxi LU SHAN YUN WU (CLOUD MIST) Imperial Green Tea
Vynikající zástupce zelených čajů "mraku a mlhy" ze slavné hory Lu-šan v provincii Jiangxi, který dle starého přísloví prodlužuje život. Hora Lu-šan je jedním z nejkrásnějších vrcholů Číny a oblíbenou rekreační oblastí. Nachází se mezi řekou Jang-c' a jezerem Pcho-jang, díky čemuž bývá zahalena mlhou, skýtajíc tak ideální podmínky k pěstování čaje. V těchto místech napsal čajový mistr Lu Jü svou slavnou knihu, ve které zmiňuje místní čaj Lu-šan jün-wu (Všechny Čaje Číny str. 202). Za Sungské dynastie byl zdejší čaj vyšlechtěn ve vynikající odrůdu a kolem roku 1000 n.l. se jím začali platit dávky císaři.

Tip na přípravu: do vyhřáté konvice vsypat 6 - 7 gramů čaje, přelít 0,3l vody o teplotě 80°C, louhovat cca 2 minuty, možno znovu přelít. |
