China Fujian WUYI HUANG GUAN YIN (YELLOW GODDESS) Superior Oolong
Výtečná třída tzv. útesového čaje - "Zheng Yan Cha" (Cliff Tea) z vnitřní části pohoří Wuyi, ze stejnomenného kultivaru - tzv. Žlutá bohyně.
Jen volně zkroucený, nesvinutý, celistvý, delší list, lehce karamelové vůně.
Nálev, výtečné, poměrně plné, svébytné, mírně tmavší, ovocně kořenné chuti s lehce květovými tóny, a tmavším, ořechovým dozvukem.
Tip na přípravu: 6 - 8 gramů čaje vsypat do čajového filtru, přelít 0,6l vroucí vody, louhovat dle chuti 3 - 6 minut, dle chuti. Tento čaj je též možné vyzkoušet způsobem gong fu. |
